MICHIGAN COURT OF APPEALS STRIKES A POWERFUL BLOW IN FAVOR OF VACCINATIONS AND AGAINST JUNK SCIENCE: Attorneys like myself, who are accustomed to wishy-washy appellate opinions that appear to be largely calculated to enable trial judges to save face, cannot help but be impressed with this example of judicial decisiveness at its best. And it sends a clear message to those who want to use internet-based research, often written by crackpots and malcontents, as a substitute for valid evidence based on the Daubert standards. Enough is enough, already! Parents who refuse to vaccinate their children are a menace to society!
