He also alludes to more upcoming projects that he "cant talk about now." Good news for Flint just keeps coming. Officially for now. If hear vacancy rates may rise if the tax credits are lost. I hear rich people could profit if they used an Enterprise zone as their official address even if they don't really live there. Not that anyone would do that of course. Businesses and lofts and restaraunts are nice, but a few shops would compliment them wonderfully. Btw, anyone know anything about the prgress at the Durant?
