Did anyone else find that a bit out of place at the last council meeting?
I mean, we had about forty officers there with representatives of their group to speak to council. The Mayor found it necessary to remove the two regular officers that stand watch at the meetings (coincidentally they are black) with 5 officers (4 of which were white). Also, this change in manpower, came one week after the Mayor had declared that (oops I mean the Chief, wait a police captain, Oh who believes any of it anyway) only two officers would be at regular council meetings and what their duties and responsibilities would be. LOL
I think I have an idea what I'll be speaking on at the next council meeting.
Here, we already had the safest place in Flint to be. At a City Council meeting with approximately 40 off duty officers in attendance. Only to have them being watched over by officers that are already violating the same rules that were just given the week before?
Just like everything Else The Don does. Says one thing one day and then does another the next. Good for me and screw you. It just shows his consistency to not only violate laws or ordinances in the performance (or lack there of) duty. But, he cannot even make a new rule and follow it himself, the very next meeting after it was declared. LOL |
