Not voting. If I vote uncommitted, there's no guarantee who the delegates will vote for at the convention. Also, I strenuously object to the state turning over the names & address of all voters to the respective parties.

Dave, I agree with your statements and I wasn't going to vote either but I changed my mind because if the delegates actually get seated they need to take into account the "uncommitted" didn't commit to Hillary. There's still time between now and November to work on those uncommitted votes. I'm also hoping there will be action to rescind the law about names and addresses being provided to respective parties, as has been indicated by some sources. Vote, and retain your right to complain about the results! "Yes, we can!!" Smile

I was voter #124 but the machine showed #123--there was an earlier "spoiled" ballot--in Precinct 50 at 12:45.

I heard two radio ads yesterday for Dennis Kucinich, who is on our ballot. It made a really good point. You could vote for Dennis Kucinich and Hillary still wouldn't get those imaginary delegates. Plus Kucinich told his voters to vote for Obama as second choice in Iowa I think, so why shouldn't Obama supporters return the favor?

I personally am not voting because I really didn't care about any particular candidate until after the Dcember 17th registration deadline... now I'm kicking myself.

You only have to be registered to vote (something you probably have done at the DMV) you don't have to register for a party to vote in the primary.

see, i figured someone would come out and tell me that. I really shouldn't have believed the person who told me that. Oh well.

I'm in school all day anyway, and my polling place is no where near here, so either way, I'm screwed. darn it.

Keep it in mind for next time, School is a legit reason for acquiring an absentee ballot.

well i don't live away from home. I just am in class all night now, so I can't go out and vote. but I will know now for next time. Its too late for me to help my particular candidate at this point.

that is assuming that one vote actually counts. but in this primary, it very well may.
