If it is in the city of Flint go to http://taxes.cityofflint.com/search.asp and punch in the address and all the information for the property will come up. Any where else call the clelks office, sometimes they will give you the info over the phone. Consumers power won't tell you anything. They would tell me if my tenets were up to date or not, although I did play the guess game with any operator once and he told me without telling me.
