Author    Post   Ryan Eashoo F L I N T O I D I couldn't help but notice that half of the once bustling Windmill Place has been torn down. How sad I thought, I remember as a kid wandering around that place! It use to be a place filled with people and businesses, and now its been reduced to a pile of ruble. Its sad that that the owners couldn't make it work, hell how can you not rent something out when it was given to you in the first place? Start out by offering really cheap rent to entice the renters to come into the building, and with them know slowly raise the rent. Once again I feel like a lot of people in Flint lack vision and just do things to make a quick buck. No pre planning went into this building at all. Its one of the busiest intersections in Flint and now it looks like hell. I think they should of planned it out better, they could of totally remodeled the main building in Windmill Place to house that.
