I just heard on the radio that the U.N. has released its list of best places to live. Iceland came in at no.1 with Africa being dead last. The USA slipped from no.8 to no.12. I guess that means we will now see a huge influx of folks trying to get to Iceland by any means legal or not. Rolling Eyes Rolling Eyes Rolling Eyes Ya cant make this stuff up.

Iceland best place to live, Africa worst: UN Tue Nov 27, 8:59 AM ET

BRASILIA (Reuters) - Iceland has overtaken Norway as the world's most desirable country to live in, according to an annual U.N. table published on Tuesday that again puts AIDS-afflicted sub-Saharan African states at the bottom.

Rich free-market countries dominate the top places, with Iceland, Norway, Australia, Canada and Ireland the first five but the United States slipping to 12th place from eighth last year in the U.N. Human Development Index.

my buddies at the UN... i've written them off long ago.
their agenda is not led by REAL compassion. it's led by
dominance of the planet. what other reason can there be?

Ya but its still the greatest country on the planet and one that so many strive to come to. And by the way the one with the best healthcare regardless of what Fat Mike or Sean Penn have to say. Very Happy

If this is such a lousy country, why are so many people trying to get in here?
