We know there is some money to be made, for someone whose name rhymes with Con, if this line gets put in and happens to use some property owned by the above mentioned person. Just Tell Detroit We will buy the Pipe, If they Refuse to Sell, Tell Them they MUST REMOVE all the pipes .
