With a full signup Flint could have a very significant impact on the state level. I estimate the Democrats to be missing about 100-200 delegates. Probably about 50 on the Rpublican side. These are quite simply lost votes for deciding on the state party platform. The only downside to being a delegate is having to go to the state delegation where the upside is helping to decide the direction of the party.
