People need the houses that they already live in!! What makes people think that they are going to get NEW loans when they couldn't pay the ones that they already had due to the sad state of economics. You have to deal with the end result rather than going as to how it began if you want to make the biggest change. My cousin said that her mortgage company is the busiest it has ever been........with foreclosures. Am I wrong?! _________________ Build a bridge and get over it! Giving loans to people who obviously cannot afford the payments and allowing homeownership with 0 down. Since his latest scheme of trying to shutdown legitimate gunshops around the country fizzled I guess he needed another "hope it makes frontpage news project" to help keep his pushing rainbows coalition fiasco alive and keep the dollars flowing in. My youngest son lost his job as a engineer for a company that supplied the big 3 automakers and is in the process of selling his home and moving to a more business friendly state. I was mearly stating that many lending institiuons gave housing loans way out of the realm of what the prospective buyers could afford. This was spured on by the efforts of those like Jesse who claimed some kind of red lining of potential buyers in some sort of racial loan denial and many local banks and lenders dropped their drawers to Jesses gestapo like tactics and gave in to business practices that were unethical and idiotic to say the least ,expecting I presume that any losses could be recovered from those with solid home loans by adding a point or two to their mortgages. And since this thread was started concerning the arrival of $1000 suit Jesse I know for a fact that he aint here to support those folks in Oakland county or my son not that they would want him to. By the way I have asked this question many times without receiving any sort of plausable answer, where the hell does Jesse get his money from?
