Author    Post   Steve Myers Site Admin The recently reopened Flint City Jail has hosted 276 people in its first 10 days of operation, city officials said. The majority of the people have been lodged on misdemeanor warrants and arrests, although 78 arrests have been for fresh felonies since the jail opened full-time May 21.
