Why not split the district in to smaller districts ?
One high school one middile school and a couple elamentry schools per district.
It would seem to me that it would make more sense and easier to hold people accountable. |

Projected declining enrollment calls for the need of only 2 highschools in Flints future. Hence the politics of Alumni.
The district is already topheavy too many officials at the top making 6 figures.
Dividing the district who bring more admin. and less sharing of costs of programs. For example...The HOST program had a fee for the district to access the database. If it were two districts there would be two fees.
Bad example as Milton thought he find a better use for those Title I funds.
GISD shares some cost for database of smaller districts programs. |
