After throwing that information out to some select individuals, I was told the info was confirmed. It is said to be over the City Council awarding and re-awarding of the towing contracts. side bar my informant alleges Patton was also picked up for solicitation of a prostitute. The part about Complete Towing is good news, it is about time someone notices the illegality of the City Councils and the Mayors actions.
