| Since there is no room in jail, would it be scary to kids with guns to know that if they are caught, their money, cell phones etc. will be given to a parent or a spouse etc. Then the police will drive them to any subburb they choose and let the kid or guy out of the car and let him find his way home. |

| If it was a black kid in a white suburb he would be fine hell he would probably get invited in for some milk and cookies. Try dropping a white kid off in the middle of the north end ghetto and see how he or she fares. |

Don't have to be so theoritical there Dave, look at the kids from Hartland who got off the train they had been riding on illegally and they disembarked near Bonner Park. Two of they guys got shot, one was killed and the girl in the girl was raped . And Woodrow Stanley acted as if the kids almost deserved to get all that done to them. The kids should have never been on that train, that is not at all what I am saying. What they did was an illegal act. But I would say what those guys did to them was FAR worse.
I remember talking to one black woman after the Thrift City Bar shooting where an 80 something year old woman ( white) was shot by one of the black robbers. This woman said to me" I sure hope she was right with God, because what was a woman her age doing at that bar, she had no right being at that bar" Thrift City Bar was not some sleazy meat market bar, it was a neighborhood bar, where all sorts of people meet for a few beers and some burgers. And here this black woman was acting as if that old white woman brought on her own death by being at some den of inquity of something. I was outraged and what she said ( to say that is a understatement) .
That town has some serious double standards at work , I don't see that changing. |

| Los angeles was known for this tactic. They dropped off gang bangers in their rivals territory and let them fnd for themselves. |
