He does not act with a sense of passion or certainty to make me feel good that he has things in hand. Weakness begets trouble when it comes to gangs, guns and real bad asses. Its getting out of hand in Flint. Thu May 27, 2010 8:27 pm  00SL2 F L I N T O I D You're entitled to your personal opinion, Twotap, but I have to agree with Art Busch's Facebook message, "Its getting out of hand in Flint. There is a need to show force and not let the clowns continue to run the circus." Neither Walling or Lock present a face of authority with confidence or assurance for the public, and there's absolutely no visible show of "force." I recall a psychologist saying a parent must be consistent, must follow through on promise of consequence for misbehavior instead of just repeatedly threatening consequence. Walling and Lock remind me of the latter. A bit to their credit, though, with the immediate crime problem there's an inability on their part to follow through without enough police support and jail space to lock up the criminals.
