Author    Post   untanglingwebs El Supremo The 6th year action plan for the City of Flint department of Community and Economic Development (City of Flint web site) shows $910,000 more to be spent meeting our HUD obligation to Greenview Manor . When Kincaid questioned the cost and if the money was to be used elsewhere would we need a substantial amendment, Eason did not know that a change that significant would require another public hearing. The look on Kincaid's face-Priceless. We probably have to spend the money though. See greenview manor money pit.
