Downtown Flint residents and business owners are very upset with the 2 police officers that are in downtown. Two men have left the downtown beat after scheduling conflicts arose. Two new cops were put on the beat downtown at nights and the people aren't happy. Dozens of complaints have flooded the mayors office and DDA.
In fact one cop ( a younger white guy ) thought he was Robo cop and decided to ticket DDA vehicles for parking near the DDA office building. Most of the veteran cops got a chuckle out of it since its a city of Flint vehicle. Can't really ticket a vehicle owned by the city... Who would pay it? |

| The younger white guy is Robert Frost! He is the one who wrote those tickets and in fact he ticketed the lunch studio lady, Ridgeway White and the DDA. |

He is with an Albino cop too. I don't know his name but rumor has it he is the one who responded to a call on NYE and shot a lady at the front door.

Has the parking ticket problem been resolved? ie I understand enforceability had been an issue due to the lack of an appeal process.
Were the cars legally parked? If not what's the problem?
Or perahps towing with a hefty impound fee is a better solution. |

The lunch studio lady & Ridgeway White should be exempt from parking regulations because of who they are? |

| If the DDA vehicles are parked in the traffic lane, they should have some sort of penalty, let Larry Ford pay the tickets with his generous salary. Also if I am parked overtime or illegally I should be ticketed too. |
