Kurtz had immunity for any wrong decisions so he made some illegal moves with our federal funds just before Williamson took over. By HUD guidelines neither GECA nor Flint West Village was eligible for funding at that time.

Interesting. It probably is easier to get stuff done when you have immunity from red tape.

That's not true. Ask the former financial manager in Highland Park if EFM's are immune from wrong-doing.

GECA, to my knowledge, never had a finding from HUD.

GECA owed taxes at the time they got the contract from Kurtz. HUD violation and Home Rule Act. They had HUD findings.

Art Blackwell did not get indicted over issues related to his immunity.

Where is GECA now and why is Advanced Solutions housed in their facility.

If Kurtz did something wrong with Federal dollars, state-law would not make him immune to those wrong doings.

What were the HUD findings?

Has Geca dissolved and where are their 990's? You were the President after Ananich was elected.

That's all very nice, useful information, but you stated that GECA had HUD findings. Do you know what they were?
