At what may be the most important Committee Meeting of the year where tens of millions of dollars are going to be appropriated for the upcoming fiscal year in well over 200 resolutions.. and the Flint City Council couldn't even manage a quorum.
Only four of the nine members showed up - Poplar, Sims, Neeley and Kincaid.
They should be paid by the meeting. Maybe they would show up more often. |
