Author    Post   andi03 F L I N T O I D Has anyone ever obtained reports from the Bureau of Commerical Services of Michigan? I am NOT getting good vibes from the "gent" that put my parents' roof on the modular home.... Dad passed away and Mom cannot find the paperwork, I found the business card, memorized the builder's name and left the business card on the table and now she can't find it....GAH. The "gent" has his license revoked in 2007, and three times in 2006...what the heck?! I am confused... The roof is leaking, she has 10 inches of water in the bucket in the kitchen...I don't know if Dad was in his "right mind" or not when he signed the contract. He sure as stuff didn't research his license, otherwise, knowing dad he would have met the guy at the door and gave him a crabbing out like he's never done before.... Advice please?! Wed Jun 17, 2009 1:41 pm  andi03 F L I N T O I D I just found out that I have to FOIA the stuff...mom spent three hours looking for paperwork and the business card....I am wondering if I can hold a seance (sp) and channel dad and ask him where the )(*^(*%&* contract is.....let alone the )*&()^*( business card!!! She's still paying on the loan from the original roof....God, I am getting a headache... Mom called the insurance company!!! Good Lord....new roof..she was approved for one!!! GAH!!
