Someone with a smaller tattoo might, I'll give you that. The tattoo will be the last of there concerns though. They would be well known and would have to relocate to a different area with no gang activity. I don't think a small tattoo would cause them to stay in a life of crime. Why not just wear a T-Shirt to cover the tattoo. When is the last time you had to take off your shirt during an interview?
