Talk about Documentation! The best and strongest evidence is that of the supposed leasing of Vehicles for/by the campaign! Dealer Plates? Leased by Who? Registered to who?

It's ludicrous to think that people are upset with illegal campaign tactitcs and contributions. LOL LOL LOL LOL I'm going to bed now. I've had a good laugh for the night. I can't wait to see how this get's spun tomorrow.

FLINT (WJRT) - (06/06/06)--An ad-hoc group of community activists is accusing the Patsy Lou Williamson Senate campaign of committing a series of felonies and misdemeanor violations of campaign finance laws.

A Williamson spokesman calls the charges "ludicrous." The group calling itself "Citizens for Accountable Government in Flint" is making the charges.
The group is made up of many opponents of Flint Mayor Don Williamson who took issue with his influence in the recent city council election.

Now they've filed complaints against several mayoral appointees they feel have acted illegally in Patsy Lou Williamson's run for State Senate.

"We have every expectation that law enforcement is going to do their job and come out and investigate," said member Kate Fields. "We've provided all the evidence they need."

Fields and her group says they've forwarded a packet of evidence to law-enforcement agencies across the city and state.

The evidence, they say, supports a litany of campaign finance violations, including using city workers to do campaign-related work; using city water for campaign street sweepers; illegally using police to stop people painting anti-Patsy Lou signs on "The Rock"; using sanitation department workers to remove signs of opponents; violating IRS rules by using churches for advertising; and using prohibited corporate contributions like vehicles from Patsy Lou's dealership.

Committee members, however, say they will pursue the charges after the election, whether Patsy Lou is elected or not.

They maintain there's a 30-day period after the election where election results could be reversed if criminal charges were found to be credible.

Chances are, IMO is her campaign would pay a fine, nothing more, regardless of the results.
