| The article does not state anything about the military taking a role in domestic law enforcement which the posse comitatus act prevents them from doing. The article states that the military will have units prepared to respond to nuclear, biological, or chemical (NBC) attacks within the US. I don't understand why anyone would not want the military to be trained to respond to the threat of an NBC attack within our borders. |
