Um....Bachelor's in women's studies....that's a laugh. These kinds actions chosen by women set us back to the Dark Ages.....<off of my soapbox circa 1966>

Too bad we don't have a better financial aid program in this country so that people like her wouldn't be in a position to make these yucky choices.

Not providing financial aid to college students = family values.

Shes hot alright y but $250,000. Shocked I'm surprised a college would actually charge a student to take something as worthless "Women s studies. Their must be a bunch of employers just begging for someone with that on her resume. Laughing

also says Natalie Dylan ended up in a financial bind, because her stepfather allegedly used her college status to fraudulently apply for student loans, and then ran off with the money.

*****Well I guess all I can say is I wish her luck. I wonder if she'll forget about grad school and continue making money by having sex. This is really telling of how our society has evolved, or should I say not evolved at all. Women still feel like their worth is directly related to their sex.*****

Thank you!! You said it "much more betterer" than I did. Smile

*****Thanks, I wasn't sure if I sounded like I knew what I was talking about at all.*****

You are a female right? You sound like you know what you are talking about...<jab, jab>

****Women's studies should be courses of study at universities for this reason. I bet her profs are annoyed.****

I would hope, they are probably hitting themselves on the forehead right about now.

Actually, this reminds me of "Memoirs of a Geisha". Sad ain't it? That question was somewhat rhetorical.

On another note, I am pretty much quiet when you and Mellow D post because you are pretty much on par with what I am thinking....Now if we can get Demeralda back in here for some chatting, maybe we can have a kind of "liberal girl night out.".Smile

there are easier ways to pay for college... having a baby when you aren't married, and then having your parents take care of it for example. an acquaintance of mine gets free college, plus an apartment paid for, and she failed remedial english three times.... no big deal. she wasn't paying for it.

sorry. i got bitter there for a minute.

I wonder what her bachelors degree is in. If its in something tangible, like counseling or psychiatry, then a masters degree in women's studies really isn't THAT much of a worthless degree. But if her bachelors is in something like... philosophy or dentistry... or interior design, then women's studies doesn't make much sense.

sadly, it will probably get her a job quicker than my historic preservation masters :)
