| One of our neighbors has 2 daughters in Houston, and a good friend has a daughter & son in law there. All have been heard from, and they're OK. No major damage to their homes, but Houston's a mess. |

I heard this morning that 4 looters had been arrested in Galveston. I guess the cops got there first.  |
