I think we have about 2 code enforcers in Flint. If it's city property, he'll wait until it cost more to cut then announce an emergency so it can get cut. Easiest thing is to call your council Person. Unless your council person is Kincaid or Simms as the mayor will not take care of anything they send to his office in a referral.
