This blog will follow the arrest trial criminal conviction and child protective proceedings of the parents of Rose Kelly the 5 yr who died of medical neglect in Flint MI on 6/6/06. http://enewsblog.com/terryraybankert/ What happened? What could have been done to stop it? What is the law involved? What public responsibilites were present? Where were successes and failures? To create a record the local media, The Flint Journal, TV 12 & 5 will be posted. Additionally the local e-forums Flint Talk and Flint live will be posted for local flavor. I will post information from the criminal and child protective proceedings and any prior cases of the parents. I will also post the court house skuttle butt.
