Here ya go.
I'm pretty sure it was the Mayor that allowed this to go as far as binding arbitration. I'm guessing he thought the city would get it for a song based on what the current owner paid for it. He got it for a steal!
The city under direction of the Mayor has been attempting to bully, this guy on this property. (and a few others and rightfully so). But, that's ok. Flint residents are very affluent and we have deep pockets to waste on property of little or no value in its current condition. |

what's scary is the fact that there are probably a thousand people in
this town who will do or say anything to lambast the mayor not
realising they are also hurting their own hometown..................

| Ah but it doesn't matter what you or I think the building is worth. It's what the appraiser and arbitrator say it's worth. Some people cannot be bullied by a loud mouth. no matter how much money he has or what office he holds. |

I have toured the building recently and found it to be in better condition than the durant hotel, berridge hotel, atwood building. It just needs some TLC and updating.
