Author    Post   00SL2 F L I N T O I D At the city council meeting on December 5th (aired on Comcast Channel 17 at noon today) Scott Kincaid agreed to become Finance Chair; Council President Sims said Jim Ananich had agreed to be vice chair. Flint Journal announced the day before that Ananich would step down, why did they not cover the appointment of Scott Kincaid? Or did I just miss it?
