All of the kids I knew in the dorms at Western had Flint Town downloaded on their computers and played it from time to time, and when I said I cam from near Flint, they immediately knew where I was talking about... but they don't want to live here. And I don't know how I would feel about someone who would buy a house just because it appeared in a Dayton Family video... hmm... What DOES sell is history, though. Sorry, this is a deviation from the topic at hand and you can choose to ignore it (or all of it) if you ike, but I wonder how many desparate houses would be more likely to sell if a comprehensive history of who built it and who lived there was included in the information about the house.
