not a problem...youre the one stuck in that hell hole shell of a once proud city. I was smart enough to get the hell out of Dodge!
Life in Utopia Maine is all well and good!
Trust me...I know all I need to know about Flint Michigan. Enough to know that I would never want to raise my family there, send my kids to those buildings you call schools, or have them walk the war zone you call neighborhoods!
Like I have said before, there is no future in Flint regardless of who you elect as Mayor.
I keep in contact with dozens of people who I grew up with on the eastside. Friends that still live in Flint and others who have moved away. Hands down, the most successful people are those of us who have moved away. Most of my friends who remain in Flint have had drug/alcohol problems, financial issues. lost jobs, still living in mom and dads basement. If they are working, its usually some deadend job making $9 an hour.
"Would you like hot sause with that sir?"
Last time here, just sit back on that couch on the front porch, light up another PallMall, enjoy your taco and watch Don's cronies repave your street.
Arent you people in Flint satisfied with freshly paved streets to nowhere? |

And how many times is The Don going to take credit for digging us out of that $28 million deficit before someone calls him out on it? Does anyone remember Ed Kurtz?
Why is it so hard for people to give credit to the people who actually did the work to tackle the budget problem.
The Old City Council figured out there was a problem.
The Old City COuncil fought with the former Mayor to get it fixed.
THe Old City Council fought with the State to get help to correct the problem.
The Old City council created the Budget that was followed almost to the letter that brought the city of it's financial crisis.
The Old city council was the ones that were retliated against for dragging the state into the problem.
The Old City Council has been blamed for all the probelms that they did not create and were the ones to fix.
Why do people keep giving Kurtz and Don WIlliamson for things that they didn't really do! |
