Apparently it is cheaper to buy a 2,200-square-foot house with four bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, a family room and two-car garage in Grayling Michigan than in Flint. http://www.coldwellbanker.com/servlet/News?action=viewNewsItem&contentId=1325300&customerType=News I'm not sure what the average price in Flint would be for this type of house but apparently it's lower than Grayling $155,000. _________________ Adam Ford Fri Sep 28, 2007 10:46 pm  Tegan F L I N T O I D Well, of course. Have you been to Grayling? It kinda sucks unless you are really into camping... and crappy winters. And no cellphone towers, last time I was there. Per the City's web page, the SEV of the house next door to me is $18,000.00. According to the sale information posted there, it was sold in April for $65,000.00 to a person in Detroit. The house has been empty for 3 years. Nobody in the neighborhood has seen anyone enter the house, so we think it was bought sight unseen. _________________ I used to care, but I take a pill for that now. Pushing buttons sure can be fun.
