They do look nice. I'll admit that. I wonder what else the money could have been used for? I agree with many of the responses, especially the thought that the grafitti artists will adorn them eventually. Perhaps a telephone call to The Don could solve the mystery? At first the bunkers looked like flower beds but I see that two of them now have large flood lights on them. Along the service drive will be minature arches at each corner. Whos going to maintain this when they can't maintain the parks?
