Spiraling down from middle class citizen. Mott Community College Millage is a renewal not a new tax. actually a miniscule amount less. On the horizon ..a millage for addition to Genesee County Jail...a millage for fixing or a new Flint Community High School. Recentlty added millages...for Seniors, and for GC.Health plan. Was MTA - Your Ride a renewal or added tax? Where can we draw the line for State services transfered to local taxpayers?
