Author    Post   rapunzel Guest VOTER FRAUD HEARING: The Civil Rights Commission has scheduled a second hearing on allegations of voter fraud in the collection of signatures to put the Michigan Civil Rights Initiative on the ballot. Opponents have argued that minorities were urged to sign the petition by circulators saying it would constitutionally protect affirmative action. The proposal would ban affirmative action. The hearing is set for February 8 at 6 p.m. in the Michigan Room, Harding-Mott University Center, University of Michigan-Flint, 303 East Kearsley Street, Flint.
