Topic: Should we try and force Flint kids to stay in school?

This articel talks about states requiring kids to attend school longer than 16. I wonder if Flint could legally pass an ordinance that goes beyond the state attendance age of 16?

Why would you want to force kids into school? They disrupt the students who really want to learn.
