Dont forget the mayor appointed 4 people to the historic council
to try and shut it down or at least make it in effective:
Steve Heddy, Jim Rutherford, Dale Soumela and
Ryan Eashoo.
Did the mayor pay him off? Or promise to support his next campaign?
Or did the mayor just know Eashoo would bend which ever way the wind blows?????
CORRECTION:
Lee Ann Barkus and Ryan Eashoo were both appointed by Mayor Don Williamson, and they both are historic preservationists. They both voted against Manning Cout, and both continue to speak out against this.
But then again, maybe they are picking their battles wisely!
Ryan's on Mayor Don Williamson's Shit List, along with Leanne Barkus, Nancy Sinclair.
Correction correction. Barkus was appointed by the same mayor, but at a different time.
The 4 commissioners were appointed to kill the commission.
Barkus was added later, but will the backing of several city council people.
Also, the mayor actually appointed 2 people to her seat and there was actually a council fight over who would get it.
Plus, he needed someone on the commission whos been on it long enough to kinda kno how things are done.
Plus, even wise ol' Don knos that if you stack a deck too perfect then every one will be wise to you...
Isn't that the same difference? |

Kinda funny Eashoo defied the mayor, and voted against tearing down Manning St. homes isn't it?
Eashoo knew the vote before the meeting was 4 yes. A 5th yes wasnt needed. and Im sure the mayor or heddy told him to stay close to barkus. |

OMG your on to something here, ( no wonder they call you the voice of reason). I heard Eashoo has been hanging out with Barkus a lot lately, so this makes sense. Eashoo just decided to vote no, cause he couldn't win anyhow... Yes, this makes sense to me.
Now he is speaking out, and getting people to speak up against the Demolition of Manning Court because, (hence) he is trying to not be found out.
Ryan Eashoo is actually a spawn of Don Williamson, and as some say he is actually related to the mayor, because Patsy Lou's brother, is married to Ryan Eashoo's uncle.???????????
Maybe thats a conflict of interest? |

Also, keep in mind that Eashoo supported moving the houses last April, after his secret meeting with the cultural center people. |

Your right, he did speak out against demolition on ABC 12 new, WNEM 5 news ( that I seen personally, not sure of the others)..
So your saying its all a conspiracy theory?
* To Sum it up*
Ryan Eashoo was appointed on the Historic Society thing, to undermine it, and in turn vote for the destruction of Manning Court? And to un do or desolve the historic soceity in Flint michigan as we know it? |

Mayor wants commision gone. Mayor use Eashooo to help make commission gone. Maybe Eashoo knows, maybe Eashoo doesnt know. Plus, there IS a big difference between moving houses and knocking them down.
Ask any competent architect. They will tell you....
Say, Dale, are you the same Dale that is a ambassador society member and advocate for the cultural center? Soumela???? |

Holy Shit! You are onto something BIG here, I think we should call the Flint Journal and East Villager Mag.
Ryan is doing one thing in the public eye ( i.e. protesting, writing letters, voting against tearing the houses down, speaking out on the news channels, working closely with Leane Barkas, Dave White, and BOOOM! The Historic District Soceity will be gone!!!".
Then he lands himself a good paying job in the city hall, so he can too live a good fruitful life in Flint. |

This is why public forums are no place for elected officials or any kind of "official" comment - too easy to spoof.
Al, are you registered? You should be. Then, if we see a post from "Al Garcia" that is a "guest" post or otherwise, we know its not from you.
Sorry you are getting your ID stolen, not fun.
