WHo's taking on Larry? helping someone test their ideas doesn't mean it's confrontation. doesn't mean for or agianst.
I have noticed that print does seem to come accross as harsh when it isn't intended to.
Being direct without hearing the tone or infleciton in ones voice, can seem to be argumentative. |

I think the bringing Toyota plan is in the economic development section of our master plan that is required by the charter. In other words don't get your hopes up because we have no plan. Ryan is not the mayor. If you want this done perhaps you should go to Don's 7:30 am public meeting on Wednesday.
If I was running Toyota and I had citizens contact me to build a plant there instead of city leadership I think I'd want to stay away from that incompetent city. In addition I think this sheds some light on why we're one of the most dangerous cities in the nation. If we have the same level of police leadership as we do for economic developement it's no wonder why we're in the shape we are.
On another note I think this would make city leadership look pathetic that citizens have to contact companies and do the work of city leaders for them. In other words I do support it. |
