Author    Post   patclawson F L I N T O I D Jim Kiertzner of WXYZ-TV in Detroit is one of Michigan's finest investigative reporters. On Monday (11/05) night at 11 PM, he will broadcast a report about Genesee County Circuit Judge Archie Hayman's paternity lawsuit. I intervened in the case to stop Judge Hayman's motion to seal the case file from public view. WXYZ and the Flint Journal also intervened. His motion to seal was denied. Some very serious questions have been raised about Judge Hayman's conduct and fitness to remain on the bench. Jim's TV investigative report will reveal significant new information about this case.
