One small car & one motor home that someone was living in. On either side of 2219 Milbourne. That shouldn't affect the towing, should it? I guess the occasional occupant comes by now & then. Wed May 08, 2013 7:27 am  BAH836 F L I N T O I D VINs are checked for stolen/wanted. If the vehicle isn't stolen/wanted, it is red tagged for the appropriate amount of time. If the situation isn't rectified within the specified time, the vehicle is deemed abandoned and impounded. Owners are not notified until after the vehicle is impounded. The removal of a sticker has no effect on the vehicle being impounded because the original officer is responsible for following up on each vehicle they red tag.
