Like our state Attorney General Mike Cox I'm big on results so I think Bush would have to be worse judging by that measure. Nixon may have had it easier when he was president but that's not a valid excuse.

Well lets see Bush liberated a country and prevented another 9/11 and Nixon ended Kennedy and Johnsons war so I gotta say those are some pretty good results.

Twotap, I think Obama will help clarify the state our economy is in. Iraq was a mere battle. I'd rather lose a battle like Iraq than lose the war to save our country. If Osama was telling the truth than it appears he is on the way to winning the war.

Bush did cross over to the left too many times as well. He also robbed from social security and dramatcally increased the deficit even with our Enron style accounting and his Kenesian economic team was a disaster but Obama's kenesian economic team should put the exclamation point on what that can do to a country.

I'd be happier with Bush if he would at least secure our borders but I guess the Korean border is more of a priority than the Mexican border.

I'm happy Nixon ended the war but he kept us on the path towards more socialism and higher taxes.

The unconstitutional Leave Children behind, and the going bankrupt medicaid expansion were signed by Bush. Unlike Bush I support the constitution.

TT- while we probably won’t agree on too much (well unless you’re one of those on this forum who liked Eric Dolphy, appreciate Michigan State hoops like I do, or, are fond of beautiful women)- but I revere the first amendment as much as you the second. Therefore, I recommend you read the following book (not a liberal one by any means) regarding the Vietnam war, specifically the Kennedy and Johnson administrations- it is called “The Best and The Brightest” by David Halberstam (hell- look it up on Amazon, read what others have to say) - you know the saying- knowledge is power- after all, the Catholic Church didn’t want the population to read…

Not to mention that the last minute of the "game" takes an hour because of all the timeouts & deliberate fouls.
