Author    Post   Steve Myers Site Admin Can the Flint Generals be fixed? That's the biggest question surrounding Flint pro hockey these days. A week ago, I would have said the answer was absolutely not. Even now, I'm not sure it's possible. But one thing convinced me that maybe there is indeed hope — albeit it slim — for pro hockey in Flint. It came last Saturday. Despite lots of unfavorable press in recent weeks and no pregame advertising — not even a preview story in your favorite newspaper — the Generals still managed to draw more than 2,000 for what was basically a meaningless game.
