The people on the left and right own and live in their homes. This would be great for a person that wants to live in the back and rent out the front to pay bills. One owner for over 3 years no water liens and not deposits need for Consumers power. Apartment rent out for $450.oo each. Lights and gas : Summer $19.oo to $30.00 Winter $90.00 to $150.00 Water $30.00 to $70.00 If it is so great why am I selling it??
