I just sold my old car planning to get the latest model instead, I just want to ask what should I choose between long or short term mortgage? I'm quite confused and can't seem to decide what to choose between the two.

My advice here is to first select a lending company and choose between a fixed or an adjustable rate before you finally decide for a mortgage term. It’s good to choose a term that you can handle in terms of payments. Review it carefully and if you think you can't cope up with higher payments, choose the longer term.

Thanks for your response.I just talked to a credit union who can assist me with my credit union auto loans . They have presented to me the difference between long and short term mortgage and yes, I'd prefer the short term due to its advantages.
