First Street lofts now has forgivable HUD loan

Flint has a business incubator in the Oak Business Center. The First Street Lofts could not rent out their commercial first floor units and that led to their request to
the Flint Emergency Manager and the forgivable loan. Now the group wants us to believe they an rent out this commercial space?
