The Police were called to Piece of the Rock a second time about a New Years Eve Party at Piece of the Rock.. This is the second time Piece of the Rock has failed to file the proper city permits.

The community is outraged about the stabbing of a 14 year old girl believed to have been stabbed at the club when the club held an earlier event.

Police are outraged that Judge Hayman allowed the party to continue and that a County Commissioner met them at the door with the temporary injunction hat allowed the event.

Larry Noal White was convicted over a highly publicized drug ring that involved a dirty cop.

FLINT, MI -- A 14-year-old female is in critical condition after she was stabbed at a party early Saturday morning.

Police were dispatched shortly before 1 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 24, to the 1900 block of South Dort Highway after Hurley Medical Center staff contacted them stating they were treating a teen who had been cut at a party there, according to a Flint Police Department press release.

Investigators found the girl was stabbed after an altercation that occurred around 12:30 a.m. Saturday, according to the release. Friends then drove the girl to Hurley Medical Center for treatment.
The investigation, which is being conducting by the Major Case Unit, is ongoing.

No suspects are in custody, according to the release.

Anyone with information is asked to contact Crime Stoppers at 1-800-422-JAIL or call Michigan State Police Detective M. Kalakay.

The group holding the party on New Years Eve was the same group that held the party that led to Eric Mays famous "driving the wrong way " drunk driving case.

When Larry Noal White went to prion he showed the court more liabilities than assets. The federal government questioned family members because they suspected money was hidden.

Now just a few years out of prison, there has been extensive remodeling and multiple businesses located there in this former church. How was it financed and why was there a disregard for building permits and inspections? Is the federal government going to step in and ask questions about financing? Or is the financing totally legitimate?

The indictment further alleged Rolando Hernandez and other cocaine suppliers were paid large sums of money in exchange for the supplies of cocaine.

"Larry White was the organizer and leader of drug distribution network which involved the individuals named in the indictment and others who were not indicted, such as William Cargo, Russell Brown and Paula Franklin. This organization operated in the Flint, Michigan area.

Marzellus Wilson was the organizer and leader of a similar drug distribution network which operated in Columbus, Ohio. Both organizations were being supplied with cocaine from the Miami area through Rolando Hernandez, who testified that he supplied over 80 gr80 Kilograms of cocaine to Mr. White and Mr Wilson from late 1983, up to approximately April of 1988."

" The government contended that Mr. White had additional source of supply in California and Georgia. To support this contention , they indicate that Mr. White made numerous trips to California. However, Mr. White contends these trips pertain to his business, Beauty All Over, now known as Beauty Masters. The government has no information regarding amounts or suppliers in California. The testimony of Mr. Rolando Hernandez regarding the 80 kilos of cocaine, place Mr. White at the top of the guideline drug scale."
