A recent picture that a Navy veteran in Missouri posted to Facebook has gotten him fired from his job at the Drury Inn Hotel in St. Louis.

The well-known hotel chain terminated the veteran and called him a “terrorist” for leaking pictures of Department of Homeland Security vehicles parked in the establishment’s garage.

Mark Paffrath was called into his boss’ office only a couple of days after he posted the pictures, along with the message: “Why are all these vehicles here, I wonder if it has anything to do with Ferguson? #Ferguson, #No justice, no peace.”

“The head of security for Drury was in there, and he pretty much called me a terrorist, saying that I dishonorably served my country for posting those pictures and videos on Facebook,” Paffrath recalled.

Paffrath leaked the pictures along with the detail that the large number of federal vehicles and employees arrived at the hotel last week, and are staying there for presumed unrest that will follow the verdict announcement in the Darren Wilson grand jury investigation.

“You know, it surprised me, and I was rather shocked that they were there. So I took a short video and a picture of the vehicles. I didn’t give any location out,” Paffrath said.

The hotel has refused to comment on the wrongful termination of Paffrath. But activists with Cop Block have set up a boycott page for the hotel chain called: Boycott Drury Inn For Supporting Tyrants. They suggest that all who are concerned with this wrongful termination and the hotel’s support of federal law enforcement suppressing protests to check the page out, “like” and “share” it to help get the word out.

Rap Artist With No Criminal Record Faces Life In Prison For Album Lyrics

November 19, 2014 4:16 pm·

freetiny

The state of California has decided that freedom of speech is a privilege, not a right. Apparently, prosecutors believe that writing lyrics about crime is a crime itself – and one punishable by a life sentence in prison.

Brandon Duncan, also known as Tiny Doo, is in fact heading to trial, as a judge decided that there is legal grounds for prosecuting the man for his lyrics.

“We’re not just talking about a CD of anything, of love songs. We’re talking about a CD (cover) … there is a revolver with bullets,” Deputy District Attorney Anthony Campagna said, justifying his unConstitutional prosecution of the musician.

Duncan is charged with “gang conspiracy” because his “gang gained in status” from crimes, and this – prosecutors argue – allowed him to “sell more albums.”

This refers to a bizarre law voted into effect back in 2000 that has never been used in court until now. That law, California Penal Code Section PC186.22(b)(1), says:

“Any person who is convicted of a felony committed for the benefit of, at the direction of, or in association with any criminal street gang, with the specific intent to promote, further, or assist in any criminal conduct by gang members, shall, upon conviction of that felony, in addition and consecutive to the punishment prescribed for the felony or attempted felony of which he or she has been convicted…”

“It’s shocking. He has no criminal record. Nothing in his lyrics say go out and commit a crime. Nothing in his lyrics reference these shootings, yet they are holding him liable for conspiracy. There are huge constitutional issues,” Brian Watkins, Duncan’s attorney, said of the case.

If you care about freedom of speech, and believe the State should not regulate art or effectively ban it (through prosecution) – even art that we might not like the message of – then help us SPREAD THE WORD and demand that the State of California #FreeTiny!

You can contact Deputy District Attorney Anthony Campagna and demand that he obey the Constitution of the United States at the following:

Armored Vehicles and Military Choppers Spotted Near Ferguson Prior to Grand Jury Decision

By Matt Agorist on November 7, 2014

Is Ferguson on the verge of civil unrest followed by martial law? Recent photos and videos from the area paint an ominous picture.

Ferguson, MO — The Grand Jury decision is expected any minute now out of Ferguson in regards to officer Darren Wilson and the killing of Micheal Brown.

It is highly likely that Wilson will not be indicted which could lead to massive unrest in the area.

Looting and violent rioting will only serve to undo the positive attention which Ferguson protesters have received over the past few months. That being said, there will undoubtedly be some people who use this Grand Jury decision as a means to violate the rights of others, both police and citizens.

However, as we have seen before, even when the protest is not-violent, the police frequently are.

This tendency to escalate a peaceful protest into a violent warzone is why the recent news and pictures out of Ferguson are particularly ominous.

The photo below was taken on Wednesday and uploaded to facebook of an armored vehicle in transport on North Florrisant Rd in Ferguson.

Today, a similar vehicle was spotted at the St. Ann Dairy Queen, just south of Ferguson.

This video was also uploaded to youtube, which allegedly shows 4 national guard helicopters flying over Kirkwood, just north of Ferguson.

There was also a rumor circulating on the web that large companies have issued warnings to their employees and told them to pack up and get out of the area. While this is all speculation, this type of martial law scenario is completely within the scope of US law enforcement.

The Free Thought Project has reporter Rebel Z in the area and we will be bringing you live coverage of the events as they unfold at this link.

The movement of military style vehicles into Ferguson was not a secret, so why did the Drury Hotel think so.

A day without playing free mp3 songs would surely be awkward for a lot of individuals. Music is the driving force for us, when our mind gets tired after a busy shedule. Relaxation should for accelerating the wretched mind.
