Great Point Adam!
Today's Detroit News explores the wasted use of federal money for some expenses in the flip of a number of homes by the City. This is an improvement.
The land bank wasted a lot of money to provide low cost homes and without a great success rate. The neighborhoods they selected did not experience a great resurgence. There was a poor selection process. Habitat for Humanity appears to have a better success rate. |
