Author    Post   untanglingwebs El Supremo PA 152 creates a hard cap on the amounts a public employer may contribute to the medical plan for the public employees and elected officials. Go to the Michigan Municipal League Home page. On the lower right side there is a site shown for EVIP and PA 152 resource page. That link will give the specifics about the plan which starts January 1,2014. Plus this is an informative site for what is happening in the state.
