Walling asks for a 15% package reduction, offering them to cut from wherever they want (unheard of in the private sector). Raul Garcia comes to walling with an 11.5% package reduction, Walling says thats not enough. In Garcia's world, i guess 11.5>15. Yet Walling is blamed for the layoffs. DO our unions know the private sector has taken 30% cuts, and people are just happy to be employed? These unions need to be broken so our city can be all that it has the potential for. And in case Garcia is on this site, 11.5 is actually less than 15. Sorry bud. Thu Mar 25, 2010 5:58 am  untanglingwebs El Supremo add these cuts to past cuts.
